Delivery and Returns
In the US and Canada we deliver direct to the customs port of your choosing. When your order arrives at the customs port, you will be contacted by the freight forwarder who will organise onward delivery to your property. You will need to pay US/Canadian customs charges as necessary and onward forwarding, therefore it is generally better to choose the entry port that is nearest where your cast iron radiators need to be delivered.
Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods. Cast Iron Radiators Ltd aim to ship all items within 21 days – some bespoke items may take longer and this will be detailed on the product pages of this site. However, at certain times of year our delivery times can be longer due to higher demand. To confirm our present delivery time please call us.
The pallet of your cast iron radiators is delivered to you as the delivery driver is prohibited from manually handling heavy items and will generally only deliver to the kerb-side adjacent to your delivery address.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, delivery charges can be estimated by selecting your nearest entry port. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability.
Cast Iron Radiators Ltd will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Cast Iron Radiators Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Cast Iron Radiators Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
All items with the exception of bespoke goods are covered by our 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
In the unlikely event that you need to return a product purchased from Cast Iron Radiators Ltd then you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to do so.
Goods should be returned to us using a suitable carrier and we recommend using a signed for service. If you would like us to arrange the collection of returns we are happy to do so on your behalf. In this instance the cost of return delivery only will be deducted from the refund amount.
The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following the links on this website, or by phoning us directly on the above number.
